Our goal at Firethorne Fitness is to provide you with a fun path to achieving your goals. We combine our top results-based training program with solid nutrition principles and provide a TON of accountability and support to ensure that your goals are met.

Our team

Matt Martinez

Head Coach

Training professionally since 2016, Matt has been able to help a variety of clients achieve goals ranging from increasing maximal strength to improving cardiovascular function. He currently holds certifications in personal training and corrective exercise through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and holds a Crossfit Level 1 certification.


His primary training goal is to help his clients achieve and maintain a healthy and active lifestyle. After realizing that fat loss is a side effect of quality movement, he began to approach training with functionality in mind. He takes great care in ensuring that his clients movements are correct before applying any intensity or external load.
